Q: When and how are payments due for a custom building?

A: No money is due up front. The first 1/2 is due when we pour concrete, and last 1/2 is due upon completion of the building.

Q: How long does it take to complete a project?

A: This is highly dependent on the size and design of your project. From the day we have your approval to begin construction, we average 4 weeks to complete most buildings.

Q: How long does it take before you can get started?

A: We are typically able to get started right away! This is however dependent upon weather, and availability of materials.

Q: What type of buildings do you build, and what kind of materials do you use?

A: Our buildings are weld up construction, using open span I beam trusses, and 40 Year (lifetime rated) sheets and trim.

Q: Do you build anything other than metal buildings?

A: Yes! We can do most types of general construction ranging from concrete, metal buildings, carports, excavation, to even custom homes. We can also add any plumbing or electrical needs to your metal building if requested. Feel free to give us a call about any project you may have.

Q: What is included in your price?

A: Our prices that we have listed on our website include the metal building with gutters, slab, 3070 walk thru door, and 10x8 roll up door. Q: What if I change my mind after construction is started?

A: In this event you would only be liable for the cost of construction completed, and any materials that have been purchased, that cannot be returned (ie sheet metal that is custom cut for your building). In some cases, we may be able to use these materials on another project, and would then be able to refund that as well. Our goal is to work out the best solution with you no matter what the circumstances may be.
